  Product classification

  Classification by section shape of pipe

  A.PR Series Pipe:Its surface is smooth,and the outside is a heterogeneous reinforced structure.

  B.SQ Series Pipe:Its surface is smooth,the outside is flat,the section is buried hollow pipe.This series of products can be divided into SQ1.SQ2.SQ3 series according to the number of layers of buried hollow tubes.

  C.VW Series Pipe:Its inner surface is smooth and its outer surface is flat.

  Pipes are classified according to the following nominal inner diameter(DN)

  300,400,600,700,800,900.1000,1200,1400.1500,1600.1800.2000.2200,2500,3000,3500,4000,4200....

  Classification by pipe connection port form

  Type A:One end of pipe is socket and the other end is socket.

  Type B:The two ends of the pipe are sockets.

  Type C:Both ends of the pipe are flat.

  Design Theory and Construction

  This product belongs to flexible pipeline and rigid pipeline,which are obviously different in design.For rigid pipeline,it is usually regarded as an independent bearing structure,that is,between pipeline and fill,because of the mutual transfer of force and the coordination of deformation,the two are combined into a highly effective overall structure.

  In the engineering application of winding reinforced pipe,the density of the bottom cushion and backfill determines the load capacity of the system and the radial deformation rate of the pipe.Therefore,backfill is required to achieve the required density(generally 95%)to ensure the safe operation of the project.
